You can request to cancel your order by emailing sales@chathelabel.com it is worth knowing that due to the high volume of orders and shipping process, changes or cancellations are unlikely once an order is placed.

My item is faulty?
For faulty garments please do not send the item(s) back to us until you have emailed sales@chathelabel.com stating your order number, contact number, order name and address and your reason for return.
Your faulty goods case must be raised with in 48 hours of receiving item(s) and returned within 14 days of receipt. Please note all faulty items will be sent for a professional inspection, once we have verified the fault a repair, exchange or refund can be issued.
Item(s) washed or scented will not be accepted for repairs, exchange or refund.
